We can offer refunds on unopened and unused products up to 30 days after original purchase. However, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost, and the refund will not be issued until received by MISSIO Hair. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We are happy to exchange any product that is defective or damaged. We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on opened or used products. We will gladly replace items if the packaging is defective or damaged upon arrival. Photo evidence of damaged or defective packaging is required for approval. If you have question or request an exchange, please send us an email with pictures of damaged or defective product at email@example.com.
