WHOLESALE AGREEMENT- Terms and Conditions   *SHIPPING: Shipping and packing charges will be calculated and added to your order, using the lowest-rate carrier to your destination. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours  (business days) of receipt of payment. If necessary increased shipping rates will apply. Local deliveries to Wilmington, NC will be made with no shipping charges. RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of an order on damaged or defective merchandise  REFUND/RETURN POLICY: Due to the nature of our products being directly tied with a purpose, funds are being distributed and used for services directly fighting human trafficking in real time. Therefore, refunds will not be able to be granted. Thank you in advance for your understanding!
